How to Add Personalization to your Item.
If you are purchasing a product that can be customized, please follow these steps to add the personalization.
How to Add Personalization:
- Add the Product to your cart.
- Go to your Cart or View Cart.
- Enter two (2) names only in the Order Notes field on the Cart screen. Names will be placed in the order entered. If you have a name with two names, enter the name with "" around it (ex. "Mary Ann").
- For Best Results, names should not exceed 15 letters per name. If no names are provided, the Default will read "Yours & Mine" as shown in the product sample images.
- Complete Checkout.
Orders are processed in 24 hours and sent to Production. Once your order is sent to Production, no changes can be made. You are responsible for providing correct information at time of order. All custom orders are Final Sale only. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Custom Orders.
